I found the bed very comfortable. The room received daily cleaning services. The location was quite convenient to nearby transport. Bus 24 stops close by goes directly to Trafalgar Square. They also allowed luggage storage after checkout, accommodating my later flight.

The location offered easy access to transportation, including tube, train, and bus lines. I found the area safe and quiet for walking. Cleanliness was evident and the owner plus staff were very nice.

Sound insulation could use improvement. I could hear ventilation from neighboring rooms. The shower lacked shower gel. Hot water took a while to heat up.
